I created this rig and model from scratch for my senior capstone project. The most challenging aspect was the rooster’s accordion-style neck. To achieve this effect, I used an Expression to connect the scale of the individual controls to the up-and-down motion of the rooster’s head.

For this shot, we needed a rope system that would act as a pulley for the crate. I used a Wire Deformer and connected the attributes of the original curve to the arrow controller. I also added clusters for each CV of the NURBS curve to act as an FK system to determine the path of the wire curve.
